Refund Policy

At MNK International Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have established the following refund policy for our tutorial packages and programs.

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable. This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing your enrollment and setting up your access to our platforms.

2. Tutorial & Program Fees (Applicable to 12-Session Packages/Programs)

This policy specifically applies to tutorial or program packages structured as 12 sessions (or an equivalent duration, e.g., a 3-month cycle where sessions are typically 4 per month).

Cancellation within the first 6 sessions (or before the 6th session is completed): If a client cancels their enrollment in a 12-session package/program in the middle of the package, or before the 6th session has been completed, they will be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the 6 remaining sessions.
Cancellation after the 6th session (but before the 9th session is completed): If a client cancels their enrollment after the 6th session has been completed, but before the 9th session is completed, they will be eligible for a refund equivalent to the cost of the 3 remaining sessions.
Cancellation after the 9th session (or after the 9th session is completed): No refund will be given if a client cancels their enrollment after the 9th session of a 12-session package/program has been completed.

3. General Conditions

Refund Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within [e.g., 14-30 business days] of the approval of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

No Guarantees: MNK International Academy does not guarantee specific academic results, job placements, or legal outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived performance or outcomes.
