These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MNK International Academy website (including all sub-domains, services, and related platforms), and all educational services provided by MNK Academic School, MNK Professional Skills Academy, and MNK Legal Academy (collectively, "MNK," "we," "us," or "our").
 

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, booking a tutorial, making a payment, or otherwise using any part of the MNK International Academy website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our services and agree to these Terms.

5. Program Enrollment, Fees, and Payments

  • Enrollment: Enrollment in any program or tutorial is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and successful payment of all applicable fees.

  • Fees: All fees for programs, tutorials, and registration are as specified on our Website (e.g., on the "Our Tutorial & Program Packages" page) or as communicated during the booking process via the Wix booking service. Fees are subject to change upon prior notice.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors integrated with our Website (e.g., Wix Payments). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge all applicable fees to your chosen payment method. We do not store full payment card numbers.

  • Payment Cycles: Fees for academic tutorials are typically charged per subject per 3-month cycle. Short courses and legal programs have their own specified durations and fees.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Our refund policy is as follows:

    • Registration Fees: Registration fees are generally non-refundable.

    • Program/Tutorial Fees: Refunds for program or tutorial fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of enrollment or as detailed in a separate refund policy document (if applicable).

    • Cancellations: Specific cancellation policies for tutorials and programs (e.g., notice periods for rescheduling) will be communicated via the Wix booking service or directly by MNK International Academy.

  • No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee specific academic results, job placements, or legal outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on perceived performance or outcomes.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All Content on the MNK International Academy Website and within our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, and software, is the property of MNK International Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included Content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
